Family, old friends and lots of laughs

Friday night, the Barson family went out to dinner in honor of my brother Ryan and Alex coming to town from Florida. My parents treated all the adults to a wonderful dinner at the Harvest Restaurant at Thanksgiving Point. Its so fun to get together with just adults occasionally to really talk and laugh together. Afterwards we went to Kellie and Ian's home for the richest, yummiest desert ever. We sat around quoting movies and laughing hysterically. I cherish these times together with them and I always realize how fun and hilarious my siblings are. Scott and I had a great time with each of them. We missed Heather and the rest of the boys back at home and Kathie and Mike and the girls but cant wait to see them this summer!

On Saturday went skiing at Snowbird and had a great day! That evening we had another party with some of my awesome friends from junior high and high school. Angie was here from Nebraska(Isabelle at home and one on the way), Brenda and Wes and their little boy Parker (and 1 on the way) came from Logan, Sara and Dan, Ashlee and Tyler and their baby Shaylee, Brynn, and Melanie. Some spouses were there but some couldn't make it that night but it was great to get to know the others. Dara and Dan hosted at their darling new home and we had a wonderful dinner! We got to catch up and sit around laughing about old funny stories and enjoying good friendships. I love all of them and it was so great to get back together. Hopefully it wont be years until ALL of us are together again. What a fun weekend!(I'm so sad I forgot to take pictures of all the friends together but here's this weeks ski pics)
