Playing in the Snow

After last weeks snow storm, Landon had a blast playing in the snow and especially loved to eat it. He was so cute all bundled up and trying to figure out how to walk with all that stuff on.

Snowbird Getaway

Scott and I won a FREE stay at the cliff lodge at Snowbird and got to go on a fun getaway together over the weekend. We were so excited to go and decided (after much contemplation) to go just the two of us. We knew we would miss Landon like crazy but thought it would be great to go just us especially before our next little guy arrives. We left Landon with my Mom over night which was the first time we had ever left him and he did great. He loves Grandma and we really appreciated her help and Annie too for taking him to play with Connor in the morning.

We loved walking around the lodge and just being together and having time to talk. It was an amazing weekend and we are so glad we went. We had a great view outside our window and got to see the snow fall all night. The taco was quite covered the next morning and we had fun laughing and digging it out.

Happy Haloween

Happy little blue faced giraffe

We had such a blast taking Landon trick-or-treating for his first time. He was so cute about knocking on the doors and soon got the hang of picking up the candy from the bowls. He tried to go in many different houses maybe to check out their toys as well as the candy. We walked around with him for quite and while and he loved seeing the other kids and thoroughly enjoyed his blue sucker along the way. Our little giraffe was tuckered out after all that fun and slept great in his skeleton jammies. After he went to sleep, Scott and I watched a Halloween movie, ate donuts and quite a bit of candy. Yum. We had pizza for dinner of course because that's a Halloween staple. It was a really fun Halloween and soooo much fun to share it with Landon. I would love to do the night all over again. Next year we'll have two little guys to take around which we are so excited for. Hooray!

The next day we had a play group with our friends so the little guys wore there costumes. We had a little zoo on our couch and just imagine cute Hadley as a little cupcake. Such cute little buddies.

Barson Halloween Party

The Barson Halloween party is always spectacular thanks to my moms hard work and preparation to make it so fun for everyone and this year was wonderful as usual. We had a yummy dinner, tons of treats, pinata,  balloon pop game, pumpkin decorating, lots of running around, loudness and playing, and just enjoyed talking and watching the kids have a blast. Landon loved being a part of everything with his cousins. He was in heaven around all the kiddos and they were so cute to cheer him on when it was his turn for the pinata. It was so cute and so fun. Thanks Mom and Dad for a wonderful Halloween party.

A few Favorites of Landon

Landon LOVED that pudding =)

Carving Pumpkins

It was so fun to carve pumpkins together and to get in the Halloween mood. Landon thoroughly enjoyed eating the pumpkin seeds straight out of the pumpkins as we cleaned them out. Scott carved an awesome dragon and i did something a little simpler =) Landon loves the pumpkins and we light the candle and turn out the lights for him nightly. He loves it!
