Life is good

This week we saw some blessings unfolded in front of our eyes. I feel especially blessed to have a great job and that Scott has been able to work for my office after school as well. It makes for long days but things have been working out and we have seen great blessings. All in all in it was a good...yet VERY busy week. This Sunday we went to church, Scott taught the Sunday school lesson, I did visiting teaching, the home teachers came to us, and then we were HOME! Wow it was nice to stay home and enjoy some time at home for more than just sleeping. We even got a nap in and hung out together. I felt like we had not been home in forever so it was an incredible enjoyable Sunday. Ahhhh...a day of rest!

For our date on Friday we went to the US Snowboarding Grand Prix 2010 in Park City. It was really fun to see these people literally fly out of the half pipe. After we got some hot chocolate and drove down the very snowy canyon and watched a movie. It was a great date night!

Saturday we were able to go Skiing again because we got some ski tickets for Christmas from Gordon and Collen and have loved every minute of being able to go. I develop a greater love of skiing every time we ski. We live in such an awesome place and there is no feeling on earth like powder. We actually got some powder this weekend and it was super fun. I hope it snows lots lots lots lots lots more. Pray for snow!

Scott and I in front of the half pipe...even though its really hard to see.

We got to see the competitors who are going to the Olympics. We even saw Shaun White ("the flying tomato") and he really does fly. I know Scott could do this too-but on skis of course =)
