Saying Goodbye to the University Village

Landon LOVED turning the tub water on and sneaking in to play with the toilett. Silly boy!

Our experince in the University Village has been quite an amzing one. Scott was in the middle of the most incredible hard semester you can even imagine when we moved there. It turned out to be such a blessing we were there so he could be close to school and we could actually see each other. We brought our sweet Landon home to this apartment and have cherished memories of learning how to be parents here. Landon crawled, walked, and explored every inch of this place. I cried so much when he took his last few steps around here and went to play in the bathroom one last time. Scott's mom passed away while we lived here and we faced that incredible trail while in the village. Scott spent countless hours doing homework in this apartment and graduated in Mechanical Engineering. We made lifetime friends with the most incredible people. We were squished but loved hanging out with frineds outside and enjoyed the fun playground. We were the resident assistants and got to know so many amazing neighbors. I cried so much the night we left but we have incredible memories of our time here. There were times when Scott and I both had some freakouts about the tiny space, but in the end, it was hard to leave. Goodbye University Village.
