Landon is 8 Months Old

Landon is already 8 months old and is SO much fun. Here are some of the many funny funny things we want to always remember about him: He is rolling all around the apartment and when he is on his tummy he lifts his little bum in the air to scoot himself backwards. He loves the mirror in the car and just laughs in the backseat as he watches himself do silly things. He makes silly faces at us and likes to tease. He plays the "wheres Landon" game with us (hides under a blanket then pops out). Landon loves books and loves to eat books. He loves to be around people especially babies. He is still a baby but always smiles at other babies and kids. He loves having a buddy to play with and if he gets sad, its usually just because he wants to play. He loves to swing on the swings, be outside, and go for runs with Mom. He pulls his ears and rubs his head when he is tired. He still rubs his tiny little feet together so fast like he is starting a fire. He is wigglier than ever and changing his diaper is always an adventure. He rolls around on the changing table and tries to grab the sides. He opens and closes his little hands when he is excited or wants something. Landon loves shiny things and loves to play with spoons and toys. Everything goes in his mouth these days which is good because he is learning. He loves playing with toys and is so good and grabbing them and getting to them. He loves to suck on the rubber part of his brush which is now called the squeaky brush because he discovered how to rub it along his little gums and it is hilarious. He doesn't have any teeth yet and we are cherishing his gummy smile while we have it! He is one busy eater and looks all around while eating his bottle. He now eats 1 jar of baby food, rice cereal and some milk before bed and eats about the same in the morning. He loves his food and isn't drinking as much milk now. Its so fun to feed Landon because he always makes his "motor boat" noises, wiggles his feet and slides down in the high chair. Landon is such a cuddly boy and loves to be held and hugged. He will often turn around to give us big hugs when we are feeding him. It is the most wonderful thing when he falls asleep in our arms and I cherish the times when he does. Oh How I love it! When he gets excited or tired he nuzzles into our chests and which is so sweet. Everywhere we go people say how darling he is and he always proves it by showing off his cute little dimples and adorable smile. He has the funniest little laugh now when he's just trying to show you he's being funny or knows we are being silly. He takes off his socks a lot and eats them so we usually go through several a day. We love his concentrating/want face which means he puckers his lips. All in all he is such a happy and chill little guy. Landon brings us so much joy and we love having him around more and more everyday!
