Barson Family Reunion 2011

Not Just a Branch on A Tree

Scott and I were in charge of the Barson family reunion this year and were able to rent a wonderful house in Heber for the entire weekend. Our theme was Not Just a Branch on A Tree and focused on the importance of every family member and how my parents have always made us feel so important. The weekend turned out to be so much fun and it was wonderful to have the family all in one place especially since we now are spread out over four states. We stayed up late, played games, ate lots of junk food, rode bikes, went fishing at the pond down the street, had worlds best water fight, went to BYU for the annual fireworks, had an awesome and funny talent show, watched a movie outside, and thoroughly enjoyed being together as a family. My parents were instrumental in making this reunion happen and worked so hard to make everything so fun. We were so grateful to the entire family for being so willing to help and make everything so enjoyable. We have such a great family!!

We had such a fun water fight with tons of water balloons, squirt guns for everyone and my awesome Mom and Dad getting right in on the action.

The whole family! We had shirts designed with our theme in different colors for each family. We thought it would be a fun gift (Thanks Mom and Dad)

Watching Monsters Inc movie on the driveway. My mom brought everyone popcorn and drinks for this fun adventure. The kids were so cute.

Saying goodbye after such a fun and exhausting weekend is always hard, but we sure created fun memories. We cant wait till next year.
