Scott and I planned a BBQ for our court first activity as RA's and it turned out really fun. A freak storm came in and blew our silver wear and napkins everywhere but it turned out to be quite hilarious. We all huddled under the canopy for a few minutes until the rain stopped, the sun came out, and the BBQ continued. Scott was such a trooper to cook over 50 hamburgers and worked so hard to help with everything. We were so suprised to have such a great turn out and have so many people bring a side dish, desert and even some fish to share so we had tons of food. It was so fun getting to know the other families in our court and we hope everyone else had a good time. This will be a fun opportunity for us and we are excited for the upcoming activities. I forgot to get pictures until we were cleaning up and mostly everyone was gone, but we were so thrilled to have so many come. We live in a great place!
