It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas

Scott and I always decorate for Christmas the day after Thanksgiving just as we did growing up. We love going to pick out our tree together and the whole experience. Traditionally we have found great deals at Home Depot but this year they decided to leave the trees bound so you couldn't even see how they looked. Weird! We continued our hunt for the perfect tree and found a cute tree lot where our tree and even reindeer were awaiting our visit. We even got to haggle on the price a bit for the tree which was pretty fun. We learned the secret to a perfect Christmas tree all season long as well: always be happy around the tree, give each other lots of love, and absolutely no fighting. Thanks for the good tips guy who cut our tree!

After all, we got it up and decorated and it smells wonderful. We are excited to spend our first Christmas in our new home. Merry Christmas!
