Scott and I teach the 12-13 year old Sunday school in our ward. It has been a great calling that is well worth the struggle to keep it quiet everyweek. We try to laugh often and have fun with the great kids we have. One of our favorite parts of teaching is to do "weeks" at the beginning of class. Each person shares something exciting that happened to them in the past week. It's fun way to get to know them personally and they get to know us as well. We love our calling!
A few members of our class participate in the school musical at the junior high. We went to see Mulan last year and had a blast so we went to go see them perform Thoroughly Modern Millie Junior this year. Hillcrest Jr High does some of the best productions I have seen out of a junior high and even better than some high schools. Zach, who was in our class last year was the lead so we were so excited for him. Cute Maddie and her brother Max have definite lead potential for next year. They are all amazing! We have such talented kids in our class and cant wait to see them in the musical next year!
