Family Ski Day and Good Times!

This Saturday was the annual Hanks family ski day at Snowbird. Last year was the first time and we all had a blast so it was the start of new tradition. It turned out to be an AWESOME day this year with lots of powder and snow falling all day and lots of laughs. This has become a really fun tradition that we do with just the adults! We had a wonderful time, laughed a lot and wore ourselves out-the perfect day. We cant wait to do it again next year.
Scott was soooooooo excited that it snowed and that he could cruise through the powder. I love watching Scott ski because he is such an incredible skier with such distinctive style. He always makes it fun to watch him cruising down, hitting jumps and flying over out of bounds ropes. Maybe I will be as good as him someday. I took quite the spill heading head first down the mountain until I reached Scott who then caught me. I think that threw off my balance for the day and I guess I was abnormally nervous after that because I didn't ski very well...but we had a good laugh.
Alecia and Jason treated us to the best lunch ever. They brought up their big grill and made us all a grilled roast beef, green pepper, onion and lots of provolone cheese sandwich. YUMMMM...We all had a great day! Thanks Collen and Gordon for the ski day.

Natalie and Alecia after the collision =)
We had a busy but fun weekend. Friday we sent to see the movie Old Dogs. Scott and I laughed so hard we could barely breath. We love going to the movies and that was definitely a random but fun one to see.
Saturday after skiing we had our usual game night with some of our amazing friends. We love them all so much and we always have a blast together laughing, playing games and the fun trips we go on every year. Thank you so much for such a fun night. You all are the best!
