Carmel Apples

One of our favorite fall traditions is making carmel apples. These aren't just ordinary carmel apples, they are smothered in carmel, white chocolate and then sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar. They are the "apple pie" carmel apples like you get at Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. They are a little piece of heaven! We have made them 3 times so far this year and I'm sure will do it several more times. We are working on perfecting the process but its such a fun tradition to have together. YUMMM!!!

Those look so yummy! How did you get the caramel so even and smooth on the apple? Mine were a mess. Delicious, but definitely a mess. We need to have a cousin dinner at our house sometime soon. Take care!
