The Family of us!

I will try to play catch up a little bit since we have not done well with posting lately. About a month or so we went to the Supercross event for Motocross and the U stadium. Scott, Me and his sister Heather, and her husband Josh all went. We were really looking forward to it especially since Scott raced motocross in highschool. We got there early so we could hang out in the "pit" where all the bikes are and you can just walk around to see the riders and there crews getting the bikes ready. After every race they replace all tires and anything even a little beat up so the bike is almost brand new for every race besides the engine. Scott was really hoping to get some "free stuff" there such as stickers and things. We love the free stuff. It rained on us a bit while we were walking around so we hoped it wouldnt pour later. The cool thing about MX is that they ride rain or shine and we were going to stay rain or shine. The race started around 7:30 so we took our wet seats. We all realized very quickly that we shouild have dressed warmer but we would stick it out no matter what. Once the race started it was fun to see Scott get excited about all the sounds and Smells. Everything about it was so fun and I totally loved seeing it all. It made me wish I really could have seen Scott race in high school. He still rides occationally but this got him excited to get on the bike again. 2 years ago he shattered his ankle going off a jump in St. George so hopefully he wont be jumping quite as much =) We plan to find a track he can go ride on and I would love just watching him. I have been on a few dirt bikes in my day, they are mostly the kids ones, but still fun.

Luckely after we un thawed and we are so glad we went. We hope they come back next year and we will definately dress warmer.
